High Speed Double Twist Bunching Machine

This Machine is capstan haul-off type . It consists of double haul-off capstan with variable gearbox & motor the take-up tension is controlled by electromagnetic powder clutch & the main drive control the bow.

Pintle opening of take up is done manually & pneumatically and closed by springs. Bobbin are held by spring force and electrically interlocked. Bobbin loading/unloading by hydraulic control.
