The rigid standers are widely used for the standing and compacting of sector and round Cu and Al conductors, or for the production of steel care AI wires in long reel length.

Reels are equally located in 6 sections with in each rotating cage for always achieving a balance state of rotation. The stranding cages and mechanical transmission system are built with high robustness in order to support high rotating speed. Dual wheel capstan is specially designed to avoid scratching of wire during operation. Wire break detector is equipped for each individual bobbin and the line will be stop automatically in case of any wire break. Line control and synchronization by PLC (extra).
